Problem with Whatsaap

Hello, 

I've got brand New S24 Ultra. I  love the phone. But comes with a small problem. The microphone cuts off during conversation wherever I open any other app than WhatsApp. Any ideas  ??? Please help me to solve this problem.

I find temporary solution for my problem. It's given in this link.

• Open Settings

• Go to Apps

• Tap on 3 dots

• Choose "Special Access"

• Swipe Down to the end and tap on "Full-screen alerts"

• enable WhatsApp

However still facing no mic access when call picked from wired headphone button.

Found a fix that worked for me

Go to app info for whatsapp>usage>tap on battery>select unrestricted>enjoy

Following a hint by Kangtang, I found out the issue could be fixed by changing the battery configuration for whatsapp (see attached print) from the third option o the second option
