Please help!

My phone has gone into some weird sketch mode and I cant seem to turn it off/disable it. Can someone please tell me how to get it off. Iv tried switching off and on but its still there. So frustrating

Also, check settings / accessibility / vision enhancement 

In case some is inadvertently enabled

Glad it is sorted, for future reference would be helpful to know how it was resolved.  was it in relation to the  Accessibility settings/Vision Enhancement  and things like Colour Inversion?
