Phone power on says S24 but Samsung members says it is A13

I have no idea why, but when I power on my phone, it says 'Samsung Galaxy S24'. However, when I go to Samsung Members, it says my phone is a Galaxy A13. Why?

Go to the About Phone section and that gives you a full list of what type, model number, IMEI no, serial number text members app is probably showing the wrong information.
