Maybe someone can advise me what to do However, the phone gets very hot while playing .The service center told me it was the cable's fault... Although it heats up even when it's not charging . It doesn't change anything, just lower the graphics settings

@ByQu: When using power intensive apps for prolonged period, you may find that your phone heats up, however this is to be expected. If you have not received a notification to indicate that the phone is overheating, then please don't worry, however I do recommend that you take a short break to allow the device to cool down. For further guidance, please refer to the information in the link below.

S 24 Ultra It's theoretically the best phone on sale. Then why a 3x phone cheaper on the same settings and with the same time. is cooler and does not lose FPS . the Feeback Report They suggested reporting to the service . but the service came and said it was the cable's fault because he used free loading a lot of times Around (100) Cycles

The brand is the same. S21 ultra. I remember best So far, as I compared S24ultra from my friend s21 ultra In a given game on the same settings, it heats up less. I don't know why I might hit a 3 years in a row of faulty phones every year
