Phone not charging because of humidity

Hello,I would like to ask if someone had any problem with their Samsung phones as my S24 Ultra that I bought less than 3 months ago since last Saturday don't want to charge by wire because of humidity.I did Usb cache clean then safe mode and for a day the phone was ok,start charging.Now since today don't charge anymore.I tried everything from above,plus use a fan heater and still not charging,only wireless.I am so dissapointed and I promise I will never ever buy a Samsung phone again as many people complain about this problem that Samsung ignore it.I should mention my phone is in a case with screen protector,10/10 and never had a water contact.Cheers

Where do you reside ? Do you have varying temperatures where you live that could affect the phone @Michael0321 

Have you tried using another charging brick and charging cord too @Michael0321 as a troubleshooting step. 

Also run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App. 

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

I haven't had any issues with my phone.

I don't think it's humidity related, I have had the S24 ULTRA since Pre-order, and have used it in different place and tempreture and have never had any issues

When you say humidity how hot ar we talking?

Note: I am not Samsung or represent Samsung and don't care if you leave but happy to try help you

If it hasn't been in contact with water.

Just charge wireless for the time being . It's probably sort itself out in a week or so.

It's just a safety precaution for the phone.

Or if you can afford to shut it off for a full 24 hours and try it may reset the safety feature.

Well, if you are convinced it was not exposed to water and you cleaned charging port contact Samsung support for further assistance

I would like to do this but in 2 weeks I am going on holiday and I don't know how long to wait till the phone will be replaced

I used 2 different Samsung chargers,2 different wires but the problem is the same.Even a not official one at work but still not charging,I still get that notification to unplug the charger from the phone
