Phone not charging because of humidity

Hello,I would like to ask if someone had any problem with their Samsung phones as my S24 Ultra that I bought less than 3 months ago since last Saturday don't want to charge by wire because of humidity.I did Usb cache clean then safe mode and for a day the phone was ok,start charging.Now since today don't charge anymore.I tried everything from above,plus use a fan heater and still not charging,only wireless.I am so dissapointed and I promise I will never ever buy a Samsung phone again as many people complain about this problem that Samsung ignore it.I should mention my phone is in a case with screen protector,10/10 and never had a water contact.Cheers

Maybe you are one of the luckiest customers but what I seen on Reddit there are many people complaining about this and Samsung don't bother to fix this issue

That's not hot enough and probably well within operating temperature

I was in NY a few weeks ago and it's in 30s without issue

I guess because of this .I am living in UK and most of the time as many knows is raining,different humidity here

I live here too, so no way temperatures here would even affect it in anyway

You won't know unless you ask, I think too you should contact support take it to a Samsung store

Hi guys and thank you for your messages!After I tried again lots of metods to make the phone charging again as cleaning usb cache,force stop android system,safe mode now finally again the phone start charging by wire for the second time :)) I donct know how long I will be happy with this,hopefully I will not cry again and writing again here but thank you to all of you for help and wish you all the best!

Sorry to write again but my stupid Samsung keeps warning me again,on and off!I will get rid of this brand and buy a Xiaomi 14 Ultra!Last Samsung I had,not coming back!

Hello

same for my S23, as many many other users.

I had the misfortune to connect it to the charger when it was not turned on. I then plugged the charger into the mains and the problem appeared. There is a design error in the detection circuit (bad transients filtering?), and certainly in the software (impossible to return to normal condition).

Samsung listen to me, I will never buy a Samsung again. And I will advise all my acquaintances not to buy a samsung.

At least Samsung should be able to allow us to bypass this pathetic protection.

I hope that one day there will be a class action against Samsung on this topic.
