Hi @LouieTheGIngerCat. Usually, the default Phone app is used to store such info. If you store the contacts in the phone's storage, in your Google or Samsung account, you will get more options (such as email, work info, nickname, address, notes, etc.) that you won't get if the contact is saved in the SIM card.
To confirm, are you referring to the Phone app or another app? Please share some screenshots of the app that you're using, so we can get a better understanding.
