Hello @glinced and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

Here is one support link I've come across > https://www.phonak.com/en-int/support-options/knowledge-base-articles/why-is-there-no-sound-coming-f...

There are also specific forums to see if there are any troubleshooting steps in.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @glinced

If you swipe the finger from the top of the screen to the bottom, you should get a "media output" oval button. If you tap it, do you see your phonak hearing ***** as one of the devices?

You could also check

Settings -> Sounds and vibrations -> Separate apps sound -> Off (Toggle On/Off)

If it is on then check that the particular app you are using is not set to send audio to a different device.

Did you install the Phonak app? It could also help with settings for the hearing *****.

Hi.  Same issue here.   I unpaired BT, uninstalled myPhonak app.  Paired BT,  installed app and still no phone audio is streaming...  I checked game sounds,  streaming music, YouTube and even phone calls...  sound will not go into the hearingaids.
