Samsung is a joke. Will never invest in premium products again. The way they treat us is pathetic at best. Making us wait 4 months for One UI 7 so that they can sell more s25 series phones, and the 7th passed with no update.

Not on s24 ultra ik UK  it's now past 10 pm, talk about treat customer like *****....always opposed apply but next year I'll probably change after this awful treatment by samsung

Ive not read a single instance of UK update today despite UK being on list of day one availability,  is this another example of samsung inept behaviour?

thats why I got rid of my s 24 ultra or any ultra its so out dated my google pixel 9 pro xl is nearly 16 android had 15 since last August samsung is like apple out dated and lagging so much for the two in control time for others to take over and a change not the same B.S of Samsungs and apples out dated eco systems and update lies that are dated and old uuuuurrrrrrr old like senior citizens 💀

As previously communicated, including by Samsung, the rollout is phased, dependent on factors such as location and service provider. Therefore, there is no universal release date; while the public launch was April 7th, individual availability varies.
