As far as i know it is a batch rollout and it has started. You will get the update soon!

 my updated stuck at 66% 

I tried to restart the mobile and turn on and off airplane mode nothing works

I would wait for a short while. There are a lot of updates today... perhaps a minor issue with the servers.

Personally I wouldnt have done a switch off in the middle. I hope this hasnt had an effect.

I hope it resolves itself.

Actually after  2 hours from stuck in the update restarted from the beginning

try to put in recovery mode and clear all the catch partition that might work
