I'm led to believe there should be a notice to guide one to sign up for One UI 7 in UK. Using S24FE but no notice in my members app.

They only appear if your device meets the requirements

The beta is over as the full release is due any day now. According to the timeline, you'll get it when the s24 gets it. April, any day now

Does checking for updates repeatedly help?

No, checking for updates repeatedly one after another usually doesn't help — in fact, it might even delay the update. Samsung's servers can detect frequent requests from the same device and may temporarily limit your access to the update (rate limiting).

So even if the update is available, your device might not see it for several hours or even days if you keep checking nonstop.

How often should you check?

Checking once or twice a day (e.g., in the morning and evening) is enough.

Best practice:

Restart your phone once a day.

Then go to:

Settings > Software Update > Download and Install

That's all you need to do. Constant checking does more harm than good.
