Exactly this is really poor from a shop called tech giant. Might go back to Apple for next phone.

Same here, momentary longer delay after searching, and I think this is it 🙄😁. I've not seen any confirmation it has actually been released in Korea yet!

This definitely been released in Korea as the Galaxy fold 6 ultra is receiving the update. Check out SamMobile on YouTube.

Really? When a game (up to 80GB easily) is released in Steam or Xbox or PSN, it is made available for everyone. Samsung, one of the biggest tech companies in the world is really not able to serve an update to everyone in a few hours? That could be true ten years ago, today that's not true anymore. The can have other reasons, like preventing issues to spread, but the "batch" stuff, is nonsense.

xda has released the stable version OTA update file (leaked), you need a OneUI 6 with AYB7 version to sideload this update with your data totally kept

Nope, what is crazy is that the fold 7 and Flip 7 are being released with Ui 8 and android 16 about the same time the full rollout finishes in June. Most of us have to wait till May for our update S22 and S21 series.

Just a quick google:

Samsung apparently sold just over 37 million total Galaxy S24 devices in 2024.

List of best-selling PlayStation 5 video games:

Marvel's Spider-Man 2: 11 million

Do the math....

Of course, they could build huge datacenters and cloud services to service everybody wothin minutes, but what after 1 week? Nothing to do anymore, everything idling around. And who would pay for that useless tech just sitting there? Samsung not, YOU the customer. Want to pay 1500$ for a phone? Only for a little bit convenience?
