Yes, I am waiting too I have that same screen on the members app. I live in the UK as well but still no registration banner. I bought S24U from Three unlocked.

There have been hundreds of posts about this.

If you bought your device from a network, (in most) cases your device won't be eligible. Same if you bought from Currys, Argos, Amazon et al.
