Hi everyone recently got the s24 ultra does anyone know why the RCS message isn't working? Thanks

Which messages app are you using? I think you have to use Google messages app for it to work. Samsung messages doesn't use that function.

Samsung messages has had RCS for over 2 years, probably a bug as my brother had similar issue. I'd still suggest using Google messages though.

Thanks everyone I'm using Google messages but it's just sending as normal texts not the RCS and it's saying trying to verify phone number 🤔

Try this

Turn on Airplane mode.Open the Settings app.Tap Apps & notifications. If you don't see all your apps, first tap See all apps or App info.At the top right, tap More More and then Show system.Tap Carrier Services.Tap Force stop and then Ok.Tap Storage and then Clear data.Go back to the "App info" screen.Tap Messages.Tap Force stop and then Ok.Tap Storage and then Clear data.Turn off Airplane mode.
