Changing CSC won't guarantee you beta and you may lose your warranty too

Hi all,
The same problem so contacted support because of my "Service provider software version
SAOMC_SM-S928B_OXM_XME_ 14_0008
XME/XME,XME/XME" and got advice as on the screenshot- followed, "error" has been sent/reported and I don't even know if I'll get any direct response or some to all or not at all 🤔
