Fold 6 has different software dynamics. There will be a beta but it isn't ready yet.

Where did you buy your device from?

If from a network Carrier, it won't be eligible.

If from www.samsung.com then you should see a banner.

You need to get an invite and see that banner on this app. Your phone might not be eligible

Devices sold by carriers have their own software as well as One UI which is why they are not in the beta programme.

Beta is test software and Samsung don't want to be trying to fix carrier add on software as well as their own until they have stable release version. Stable release also has to be reviewed and tested by networks.
