One UI 7 App drawer looks so bad

I don't know if it's just me, but I just hate the new app drawer in One UI 7. I loved the One UI 6 app drawer; it looked very good and clean. This one just feels like a stock Android app drawer. What do you guys think?

Like other said, you can bring back the old style in you choose "from the 3 dots button" the custom order, the one you showed is alphabetical order
