No update on Samsung S24 ultra

Hi, 

I recently got samsung s24 ultra, but my phone is stuck on July update and when I do there is no updates. How can I get updates or force update. Reseting device also didn't work. 

I got the phone from Official samsung store,  in EU region. Even smartswitch app on windows didn't show updates. 

Model name is SM-S928B/DS.

Yeah I have the same issue. 512GB UK variant Galaxy S24 Ultra. It must be a few devices having this issue

I had this issue. Send a error report in the SAMSUNG Members app. I did this and the technicians were able to update my phone this evening so now I'm on the December security update.

I found a solution, 

What i did so far and i am not responsible if the device bricks. But it did work for me. You need a laptop to do this. 

• Enable USB debugging in settings via developer mode. 
• Download Frija software it will download the latest firmware for the device: https://xdaforums.com/t/tool-frija-samsung-firmware-downloader-checker.3910594/
• Download odin for flashing firmware: https://samfw.com/blog/download-odin-all-version
• Instruction to flash firmware: Youtube Video 
  
  After flashing, ota updates will be enabled like within 1 day.  Also restart the phone, when it prompts for restart. 
  
  I also checked for warranty of my phone its not effects. Hope it helps, lot of people.
