Hi,
I recently got samsung s24 ultra, but my phone is stuck on July update and when I do there is no updates. How can I get updates or force update. Reseting device also didn't work.
I got the phone from Official samsung store, in EU region. Even smartswitch app on windows didn't show updates.
Model name is SM-S928B/DS.

I found a solution,
What i did so far and i am not responsible if the device bricks. But it did work for me. You need a laptop to do this.

I made it more clear now maybe. Also force updating via Odin. Will lose my data, while updating do you know about this.

Then in this case, I will request replacement for my order. I don't want to lose my warranty. Is very weird I got ordered phone Germany and get uk device. That to this happens in Official samsung store. So weird 😕.

Hi, I have the same issue - no software update since July 2024. I just bought the S24 Ultra 512GB directly from Samsung in the UK. I tried to do the software update from the phone and it says it's up to date and I just tried via smart switch on the computer and it didn't show any update available. Can someone help? Thank you.
