No option for galaxy AI

Just got my phone yesterday, all up to date and correct. No option in phone for galaxy ai in my samsung settings. Dont have drawing assist or half of the AI features. Using a galaxy s24 ultra. Strange as my friend has the same phone with no issues and my partner has the flip 6 also with no issues.

What version of software do you have?

This is the latest version

 If you're version is different,  you don't have latest firmware

September security patch is available only through Smart Switch,  not OTA

Your version is latest before big AI update and for now it is  latest firmware because Samsung pulled 6.1.version based on 6.1.1. Due to overheating, it's says on xda forum. So you have meni as Andrew described and you don't have all AI features.  You must wait for Samsung now

Of course,  you will get all AI stuff. Or Samsung will removed it from us which already have it.😱 (no no no, Samsung,no no no)

I've got the same issue. I got mine today - it's just that Sammy paused the updates to iron out a few bugs.
