Just swipe it to dismiss. Delete might have been removed some time ago. Part of Android up update and changes

I think they doing that because people accidentally delete they messages at the notification bar.

@GreenT: While options for drop down notifications can vary between apps, you can either swipe an individual notification to the right to remove it, or tap 'Clear' at the bottom of the list of notifications to remove all of them.
