No Delete on my notification bar

Hi,

I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Not sure how to change it. 

But you know when you receive messages as a text or a WhatsApp when u scroll down to see it as a notification there used to be a deleted option..now it's only mark as read or reply.

Just swipe it to dismiss. Delete might have been removed some time ago. Part of Android up update and changes

the only delete option on the notification when you pull down is email notification only, but with whatsapp and messages you only can clear it off. then you need to go to whatapp or messages apps to delete you messages..
I think they doing that because people accidentally delete they messages at the notification bar.

Thanks, it's just weird because my dad has s24 ultra, and he does have the delete option

@GreenT: While options for drop down notifications can vary between apps, you can either swipe an individual notification to the right to remove it, or tap 'Clear' at the bottom of the list of notifications to remove all of them.
