Hi @Dany4l
I do not recommend avoiding updates, unless there is a documented bug with the update.
The new update does not make the phone bad. I did it early on the month and my Galaxy S24 Ultra is working perfectly fine.
There were some articles on the Web mentioning that the update disable firmware rollback. Check the last post.
If that it is important to you, it is something to consider. However, the alternative is not to do any update for the rest of the time that you are using it. If you are planing to do the One UI 8, then this will be necessary.

Hi @Dany4l yes I would recommend having the latest security patches quickly (unless there are known issues) for the best protection ,as mentioned necessary for one Ui8. Personally I do not have significant issues with One Ui7 mind you.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

It could be a bug, but I think it is more probable to be an app or a fault with the phone. If it were the firmware, the issue should be more common on the A14 range.
You can try booting the phone on safe mode and see if the problem persists. If not check which app might be causing the issue. If the A14 has the Diagnostics, you should run it. If it does, it should be on:
Settings -> Device Care -> Diagnostics -> Phone diagnostics.
