New language packs suggestion

I would like to see more language packs roll out. One that would be useful for where I am is Welsh. Are there any that you would want to see?

I'd find Portuguese, Romanian, Arabic and mandarin useful.

Mandarin is a dialect of Chinese and all Chinese is written the same

Ok there is a simplified and traditional forms but they are pretty much the same
