My s24 ultra is not updating, even after trying everything

I have a s24 ultra and it is not updating, I tried manual update, clearing storage and cache and also connected it to PC via smart switch but it just dosent show any update for my phone 
My phone code is SWC and it's from switzerland and I'm using the phone in United kingdom 
I don't want to loose my date after resetting everything
Any other method I can try to update my phone to latest?
Please help

I would take it to cex and explain the situation and that they sold you a Swiss device which won't update. Also you won't lose any data if you back up your phone and then restore from the backup.

Think in some regions the 1st February patch is starting to roll out.
If you got your phone from a network provider, it might take slightly longer
But you are on the current available software for the region

It is January 2024 not 2025, my phone was last updated last year after that there's no update

Ah OK i didn't notice the year
Where did you purchase it from?
If the phone has been imported, it's likely why there's no updates for ir as its out of region

I have already tried using smart switch it dosent work, I also took it to service center they asked me to reset the phone
I don't know if it will work and I don't want to loose my data

I see from the service provider software version that the phone is from Switzerland.
If you are not in that part of the region and don't have that local sim card.
You won't get an update
Why not try another sim card from a family phone that's different to yours
Or a friend. Sometimes a different network provider card can get it to work

I purchased it from CEX, in United kingdom and it's an unlocked phone

I don't have a sim from switzerland, I can try putting a simcard from UK but nothing from switzerland

Well, csc might have been changed and that will block OTA updates on eux
