@Joeeye you said you can't tell from a screenshot but I manually adjusted the colour to show that if there was a difference you would able to see it which you can clearly see a difference when I changed it but when I screenshotted the actual vivid mode and natural. There is no difference which proves that they have really reduced the vivid mode to almost looking the same as natural. Even on my phone as I'm viewing I don't see a difference
The first test photo is difficult to see the subtle changes, look at the second image, it's a lot easier to recognise. If you can't spot the changes, I don't know what to tell you.
So basically the difference is very subtle. That's what your saying. I agree with that.. It's VERY subtle but all I'm saying is what's the point of having a vivid mode if it's just very subtle
What are you trying to say? I never said Samsung haven't reduced the colour saturation nor did I suggest the S24 was unable to display said colours. So what is it you are trying to tell me? This whole conversation is about you claiming there's no difference between the modes, when I pointed out there is. It's subtle, but it's there.
You could just return the phone. If Samsung wants to deliberately calibrate their display like this then it's their choice , the Zfold5 is also calibrated this way so I think it's deliberate. You don't have to buy their product.
Well I didn't know Samsung will be doing this. Every galaxy phone has had very vivid colours. Now suddenly Samsung has changed from what we're used to seeing. It's not just me it's also many others. Just have a look at the posts. Many are returning. I will be returning mine too
