Missing service software provider code? S24 Ultra

Hello,

I've just set up new S24 Ultra but I noticed that I can't get any OTA updates to the phone.

I'm stuck in the July update.

I did some researching and noticed that the service software provider code (?) might be the reason for this.

The phone did not reboot after I selected country and language so I guess this code is missing due to that?

Is there any way to trigger the service software provider code setup afterwards?

Palveluntarjoajan ohjelmistoversio = Service software provider in english.

This device receives all the updates normally so I believe the missing "EUX" is the key for the problem?

Any advice?

 

I've already tried to switch a different SIM card and into different SIM tray.

Cleared cache partion in recovery mode and restarted the phone several times. No luck.

Sadly he didnt know that too, because they still try to figure it out. 
It could be solved with SW later, but it could also happen that we have to send the Phones in to fix it.

Allright, thanks for the info and let me know if you get any news from Samsung. 

I'll keep you posted as well.

Hey!
So when i restarted my Phone this morning i got the Provider Update for my Phone, and i finally have all 3 Eux and get OTA Updates.

I have the same problem  not having received any updates in my s24plus since April 1, 2024 any sulotion thank you

Same here. Device brand new. Manufactured in November bought on February. Stuck in July update.  Is Samsung reading? Maybe with one ui 7 we will update?

Same here. S24 ultra. Brand new phone. The csc is OXM EUX and my sim is European and I live in Europe. I flashed the previous security patch with no problem. BUT again I did not get OTA the latest March update. So no point on doing this. Possibly we will not receive oneui7. Is Samsung listening? They should response.
