Mic and Speaker Issue

Hi, 

I have a S24 plus. When I call my contacts, I have no problem with my phone, but whenever i call an organisation/business, e.g my insurance company, doctors, etc, the mic keeps cutting out and they cannot hear me and i have to repeat everything 10 times before they understand what I'm saying. This is the same with me hearing them also, they keep cutting out and I simply cannot engage in a conversation.

I ran the mic and speaker check and they are functioning normal. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community forum.

Do you have "Caller ID and spam protection" enable? If so, could it be interfering with numbers which are not in your contacts?

Have you tried restarting the phone on safe mode? That would be my first troubleshooting action, just to check that there is no app or add-on messing up with businesses numbers.
