Media Volume disappear randomly

Hi, 

I have a samsung S24. Sometimes when I sm scrolling reels or videos on Facebook or Youtube. The videos lose sound out of a sudden although the media volume is high and I have to close the apps and open them again. Any help please.

As a first step consider clearing the cache of the individual apps to see if that helps @Members_JuPcMs0 

Does the issue also remain if you swap connection type i.e WiFi to Mobile Data or visa versa. 

May I assume other sources of sound via the speakers are fine 🤔

Thanks for your reply, yes same behavior on wifi and data. Also it happened while using chrome with some videos on Twitter.

I will give your solution a try though, clearing the cashe of these apps and try again, but since the behaviour is random I will not be able to tell straight away. Will let you know.
