Lock screen still disappears

Hi. I have already posted about this before. when I updated my s24 to one ui7 it made my lock screen disappear. It will do it when its charging or when I get a notification. I have joined the one ui8 beta and its still doing it. I have updated to the latest version.

Has anyone found a way to stop this from happening?

Ok, I remember that I had issues with Good Lock modul Lock Star. I use it very long time and before OneUI 6.1 we was able to set different clocks and wallpapers for AOD and Lock screen. But since OneUI 6.1 that setting disappeared in Lock Star, but I still had the old AOD with different clock and without wallpaper and I couldn't change that. I really don't remember how I solved that issue. Maybe you have similar ghost cache issues with some settings too.

I can try remove the cache from my phone but I have just removed lock star and when I got a notification it did it again

I really have no ideas. Maybe you can try to set different settings for AOD and see if that can solve your issue. 

Didn't you said that's not happening if you changed wallpaper?

No it does. I changed the wallpaper from the one in the picture to another one from samsung themes and it still did it. I also took a screenshot of the one i have now I put it as my wallpaper to see if that would make any difference and it didn't

Just cleared the device cache and it didn't help

Turn off all your customization.

Go in Galaxy Themes  and apply default theme (not only wallpaper)

If you use any Good Lock modul, temporary turn it off (Home Up,  Lock Star etc.). Temporary turn off any routine or battery savings 

Clear cache in recovery mode.

Done it all and I have had two notifications while im charge and my lockscreen has stayed how it should be. Thanks. Now I need to put everything back one by one. I will let you know what I find

Good, I hope you find culprit 😊 and please let us know what's was it. But I suspect it was Lock Star

Think its fixed now. Think the issue was i had a routine that made a spotlight come on when I got a notification. This is off now and its not happened again. I will update if im wrong
