Lock pattern corrupt and saying it's wrong

I have a S24 Ultra and all of a sudden it said my unlock pattern was incorrect for my secure folder which is the same pattern for the phone unlock! I clicked on the forgot pattern for the secure folder and changed it to a pin. Then the phone started to ask for a pattern and I know for a fact it was not incorrect as I have been using the same pattern for a year! So I did not click on the forgot pattern and now I have to try a new pattern every 24hrs! It's been 2 weeks and I need the data from the secure folder! I was trying to backup my data to an external drive, but my phone has the common moisture detection error, so was unable to!!! Had I known this was going to happen I would have installed the Synology backup in my secure folder and backed up my data to my NAS!

Is there any way Samsung service centre can at least get me back to the forgotten pattern prompt, even though I know the pattern is correct? I can prove the phone is mine, I can remote lock, play sound ETC and the phone has been registered on my Samsung account since 28th Dec 2024. Desperate to get my data back!!

So managed to setup an S21 and do a secure folder restore, but only because I had a Note 20 backup from the end of 2024!! And I was lucky because in 12 days Samsung are apparently going to delete it!! lost a years worth but better than nothing!! Lesson learnt, never use or trust Knox pattern to unlock the phone, I will install my Synology backup app to backup my secure folder as I did with the main part of the phone! and I will never trust Samsung to keep my data safe!!! Well it is safe, as I can not even access it!!!! Full marks for data security to Samsung, well done!!!
