I'm not sure of the correct terminology for my question, but I hope people understand my problem.If I'm on the phone to a company who wants me to press buttons on my phone keypad. Eg select 1 for customer service 2 for returns etc etc. my selection are often not recognised. An automated voice says make your selection now...you have made a selection....
Even filling my bank card details for transactions fail.
Can anyone tell me why?
Is there anything I can do?
