Issues with accessing the Galaxy Store

I am having issues with accessing the Galaxy Store, this is on a new S24 Ultra my wife's is also showing this issue. 

Any advice or help would be much appreciated..

Hi recently got S24 Ultra and the Galaxy Store and apps downloaded using it are having issues The store says "Something went wrong while connecting to Galaxy store. Try again later" and while I go into apps it states that there was issue with a purchase despite me not trying to purchase anything. This happens in Pokemon go, Royal Match and any other apps I have downloaded that have purchesing. Any help would he great!

I have the exact same issue with Pokémon go. I spoke with someone from the galaxy store and they recommended using WiFi which did seem to solve the issue but then I was like..can't play Pokémon go on WiFi 🤷‍♂️

Just to advise, using USB C Headphones no longer works. It was rm removed by Samsung in One UI6

I've tried changing my connection to WiFi, tried on old s23 ultra and my tablet with no luck

Yea I get that. They definitely need to sort it out soon. I've had galaxy phones for many years now and never had issues like these. I'll keep on contacting them, asking for updates. Would be good if more and more people sent error reports

Upgraded from 23 ultra to 24 ultra, but not realy happy with it. Cant even open galaxy store on my device. Reported the issue but still no solution

Hey there

A quick search on here would have shown you that many users in the UK are having issues accessing Galaxy Store.

Please try clearing cache in the app and then try again.

Same here! My regular S23 is the same. I'm in the UK. Hopefully a factory reset is not needed as I spent so long setting up, assuming the issue would not be present on the new one🤦‍♀️.

I'm having the identical issue to you! The galaxy store will not work on my s24 or s23 over wifi and I've used up all my mobile data in order to update apps and the watch. Also on BT Fibre.
