Issue in modes & routine in s24ultra

The agenda is to change the wallpaper automatically on specific timr, hence i tried creating a routine.  I put the trigger time 8.30am daily...then when i tried setting the action to change wallpaper, it was grayed out & giving me this error. However if im choosing different triggers, its working.  So can you all please help me fix this, so i can change wallpapers multiple times in a day at given time trigger

Share a screenshot of the routine. Are you trying to change wallpapers multiple times in the same routine? That may not work.

Hi, Do you have any other routines changing the wallpaper? Just wondering if that could be the reason for the conflict. Just created a routine here to do it and works ok

Hi, i dont have any other routines, howver il trying like this

& im planning to create multiple routines,, so that on different time triggers, the wallpaper will be changed

Multiple routines should work. Check if it helps to delete and recreate the routine.

To add further on @JerryS question, have you setup any modes that could be creating a conflict?

You guys also try setting the trigger as specific time then in action , try changing the wallpaper...see if you are getting success

@Jiban Kumar Das: I have recreated this Routine on a Galaxy device running Android 14, and I was able to choose the option to change Home and Lock screen wallpapers after setting a specific time. For clarity, this is what was applied in the Routine.

IF: Specific time > 10:25 Sunday | THEN: Wallpaper > Change Home screen wallpaper

Do you have any Wallpaper services active in Settings > Wallpaper and style > Change wallpapers?

Any s24 ultra user ? Can you do & confirm ?

Ps- i tried with a different samsung phone, it is working but in s24 ultra its not (even i have an another s24 ultra...its not working there also)
