I recently purchased the Samsung S24ultra from EE and am attempting to claim the complimentary Galaxy Buds and Smart Tags offered by Samsung. However, the Samsung website is requesting an invoice number, which is not provided on the EE receipts. Could you please advise on how to proceed in order to claim these items? Thank you for your assistance.

Ee should have sent you your confirmation details via email which should hold the information your going to need. 

To take part in this promotion, you'll need to purchase a qualifying Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra phone from a participating retailer listed on this page between 31st January - 27th February 2024 to be eligible to claim a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro in graphite + SmartTag2 in black. "
