@Tayyab278: I'm sorry to hear that you have had some trouble transferring your data from your iPhone to your new Galaxy S24 Ultra. Have you tried completing the transfer via both Wi-Fi, and via USB cable connection? If so, please can you explain in further detail what happens when you proceed with the Smart Switch transfer? Do you get any error messages or notifications? Also, at what stage do you encounter the problem e.g. during the transfer of specific data?

I have this same problem and started over. I'm hoping that I will not get duplicate information. I went to the Verizon store for help and the worker took my old sim card and put it into the new phone so I'm afraid to do a reset. I'm not sure what is going on because I'm getting messages on my old phone still.
