Typically this has been found to be a network constraint and not that of the phone itself @mtechx
I have read previous posts where a person has said their mobile data connection drops down from as an example 4G to 3G. Maybe the drop down in connection isn't strong enough.
Some previous threads here and through a Google Search mention voLTE is needed.
Does this occur when on Wi-Fi or data connection or both 🤔
I have no issues in regards to performing these tasks on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra using an o2 sim card Or on Wi-Fi.
What does happen if your on an active call and you try to access the Internet or view online or use YouTube ?
It could be the actual strength of your mobile dataor Wi-Fi connection that's causing the issue right now. 🤔

I have had the same experience. If I am using the mobile data and make an ordinary phone call, the mobile data stops working.
