iD network not showing

After the latest upgrade I've realised the my iD network isnt available on my S24 ultra. EE, O2 and vodafone all show up but iD doesn't. If i swap my sim card back into my old s20 then iD shows up and I can make calls etc. Swap it back into the S24 and it's not there. With wifi on its shows my sim card as iD with my number, with wifi off it shows it as iD but with unknown number. I've swapped the sim into sim 2, made sure the APN is correct, reset networks, turned off/turned on, put into flight mode etc etc but still no iD network. Any more suggestions?

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

How new is the contract? As it can take some time for it to show as they activate the SIM. Worst case, ID Mobile has decent customer service. If you got it from Carphone Warehouse, I'd suggest going into a Currys store and getting the mobile team to assist. Since other SIMs are working, it points towards ID Mobile.

Hi. The contract started in March and has been working fine until the upgrade. I went into Currys and the mobile team didn't seem interested at all and suggested I buy out of my iD contract and go with another carrier.

Wow thats not helpful of them.... in the store Im at they make sure to get it sorted for you. This is one of those times Id say get a manager involved- they cant take money and then not assist

Id say to go to

Contact them; they may just send over a new SIM
