I bought new phone and I want to check if is original by put this number *#0*# test but isn't working any help if someone knows please why isn't working on s24 ultra

That access code *#0*# sometimes will not work on some regional variants of the phone ,or some network supplied Samsung phone's.

Try *#06# also might need to turn off Auto Blocker

Are you trying to get your IMEI number here?

If so, go to:

Settings

About Phone

And your IMEI is shown there for both SIM 1 and SIM 2.
