My Google wallet keeps saying this and I've deleted it and downloaded it again and it kept saying this

I would try a wipe/ clear cache recovery process on your phone and see if it solves your issue.

Someone else posted a very similar issue just a few hours ago. The same advice would be relevant to you as well.

You should not be on beta anymore, so if you are, then something is wrong.

The beta ended many months ago, you shouldn't be on any form of beta right now. As johnz said, google wallet doesn't work on most betas

I still have the beta on my phone there has been no update

I have a feeling your updates have always been broken. Since the beta acts a different way, you were able to install those, but now the beta has ended, your broken updates have returned.

Usually this is caused by the phone being second hand or imported to the uk. The original country of the phone not matching the uk or using a non uk sim card.

Usual fixes are get a cheap sim for the original country of the phone.

Use smart switch on a pc to try and update it.

Last resort, use smart switch to wipe it and install the latest software on the phone
