I'm confused

So what's app started to bug out and crash constantly after that got fixed ..now even with dark mode on, my notifications are white on the actual phone can someone explain why?

Hi, is just one app that is making their notifications white or all notifications? I would suggest to just turning dark off and on again and see if this fixes it; if you have already tried this and it has not worked. Please try this below as this could fix the bug. 

To clear your phone's cache partition:

1. Connect your phone to a PC.
2. Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).
3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.
4. Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.
5. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
6. Press the Power button to select it.
7. Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.
8. After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.

Please let me know, ethier of those fixes the issues making notifications white.

It was all notifications

What i did is just turn the phone off for about an hour, and it worked. i did restart the phone a few times, but it didn't work, so I just turned it completely off.
