I keep getting the AI translate text entry line on WhatsApp

Hi this is an AI translate issue. My son and I were playing with the new AI translate features on our S24 mobiles the other day. We used whatsapp and I clicked the translate to German, such a goof feature. However ever since then whenever i want to text him on whatsapp the cursor always drops into the translate entry line and not the normal text entry line for WhatsApp. I can hit the large X to delete the translate line but next time I go into Whatsapp its back again. Anyone have the same issue that cab help. Ive tried going into 

My son lives in AussieLand so i text him frequently. Note though, it doesn't happen with any other contacts just my son.

Hi this happened to me the way I fixed it was open the message and instead of clicking the x that doesn't do much click the 3 stars and when the options come up at bottom.click translation and you will see the box appear at top of your screen you have to press the x on that box to deactivate it you have yo be quick it doesn't appear for long. Let me know how you get on I'll add some.pics if I can

This is the X you have to press. So once you press the 3 stars then the box for translate this box will appear on the top of the screen click this one and you should be sorted. Hope it helps

I believe it remembers your choice for each person so you don't have to keep selecting the languages.

It's same for the live Translate.

Its both a good and bad feature to have in a way.
