Samsung are driving me crazy!
I have a brand new S24 Ultra. I really like the Hyperlapse feature and the star trails you can use in that mode.
Previously I had a Pixel which gave amazing results for astro photography.. Now I'm wishing I never switched..
Now back to the S24.. When I enter Hyperlapse, change setting to 300x and time to infinity, and hit the start button, all is well for approx 10 seconds then I get an overexposed white screen.
I've now had the phone back to the pick-up repairer twice (the second time, I gave them detailed info on the issues), and they have not fixed the problem. Samsung then suggested a doorstep repair, which was done last week. I showed the repairer the issues. He agreed there was an issue and entered the notes on the system stating the issue, but because the "diagnostic report" showed no fault again, Samsung failed to help me again!!
So now for a fourth time, another repairer is coming on Friday to repair it..
My question is, if he fails to repair it this time, where does that leave me and my warranty, which still has over 18 months left? Am I entitled to a new device?
Any help with a fix or info on my statutory rights would be most appreciated..

The issue is here is that a brand new £1700 phone is not working to its full potential and has a fault!
I should not have to use a workaround?
