How do I remove this from the screen when opening gallery

On the bottom right hand side is a square with a pen in it this is what I want to remove?

I'm not seeing this on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra @dilko 

I'm assuming your using the Samsung Gallery App 🤔

If you long press does anything pop up ?

As I mentioned earlier do have a root around in your various settings.

Okay, so the closest I got to that icon was in the 1st screenshot. It was a photo stored in Google Drive which opened up in Google Photos. When it opened in Google Photos that icon appeared. When I tap it, the editing features opened.

So that got me thinking. I went back to Google Drive and opened a .PDF document instead. As you can now see from the second screenshot, I got this icon. Pressing it takes me to its editing features.

To turn it off? No idea 😀. Must be a Google feature.
