How do I lock the control panel

Hi there are multiple iPhone tips to lock the drop down control / setting panel so it isn't accessible for thieves if your phone is on lock screen when stolen or locked 

How do I do this on the S24 

And any other tips for stolen or lost phones please 🙏

But it still can be turned on, and a stranger could still mess about with it ,,, not ever fully locked. Very bad 👎 my old Samsung could even do that
