It's not available outside of internal testing yet.
As soon as it's available and your phone is eligible
You will see an invite on the Members App notice section

As mentioned above, The ui7 beta isnt released to the public yet. Its leaked that korea is getting it within the next week. Other countries are also leaked to be getting it towards the end of the month, Your device cant be a carrier bought device, Eg from EE mobile.

We've not had the 6.1.1. update yet. So I doubt if you'll see the 7 beta for a while.
