Hide Camera cut out

Is there a way to set the camera cut out all the time. I can only see a way to set it per app and i really dont want to do click hide 100 times if theres an easier way i just dont know.

Irony that i didnt update as i thought this dot was stupid but after enough years of people saying you dont notice it and the old phone nolonger getting software updates ive now updated and its as annoying as i thought.

Covers menus, adds dots into media, creates a dead zone for games and other selectable content.

Cant understand why so many phones have this pointless feature.
