I was looking to upgrade my phone but I've been shocked how the front facing cameras have been downgraded in all Samsung phones since I bought my A51, with 32MP FF camera years ago.
So, does anyone know if I can take my A51's FF camera and put it into the S24? Are the connections the same?
Thanks 😊

No

Highly unlikely.
Also remember that megapixels do not equate to better quality. Reducing megapixels is not a downgrade at all. There are several other factors such as sensor size, lens quality and post processing.
Do you believe Samsung, a market leader in smartphones would reduce the quality of their selfie cam on their flagship phone?
Different but similar principle - cars and engine sizes - a bigger engine size doesn't necessarily mean better performance as there are several other factors involved.

I wouldn't think so @EmberPhase and any attempt would render the phone's Manufacturer's Warranty voided.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for offering the information, but my career is in contracts so I'm well aware of voiding warranties.
Personally, I don't have use for warranties. I have never found them advantageous to the users.
Warranties essentially equate to a company's functionality statement permitting them to do business. They are promising that they are not scam artists selling useless hardware (i.e. snake oil).
Its easier to fix an issue myself than worry about the hoops of warranty promises. My A51 has lasted many years of daily use and abuse this way.
But to each their own.
