Turn it off by ling holding on your home screen and then turn it back on.
Try clearing the cache of the phone which may help @Mandy1

This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Try in Wi-Fi if your currently on Mobile Data to see if its a data connection issue.
Although I turn that page off I've tried just now and it's working for me.
