Not sure why but why not simply buy it from the website if cheaper?

There has been a very recent price cut so it may be your keyworker site deals haven't been updated yet.

What happens when you try to apply the discount @Dip09 

Try clearing the page cache / browser cache or use another device.

Sometimes you don't get the same offers as they are two different systems.

Samsung website will have an offer now and then.

While the EPP site will have your discount all the time.

So it's always better to shop around.

You normally won't be able to get both the offers. So you will have to choose which works out cheaper for you.

Same thing while trading in. Samsung website gives a better rate compared to your work site sling.
