Sometimes it's not always the hardware or software that causes hiccups @ByQu
It can be certain apps and themes too.
As android is open sourced many things can be customised.
A good troubleshooting step is Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Or Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I must say that I have the same perception. Quality does not appear to be what it used to be. I have a Note 3 and J7 which are working flawlessly.
However, I have had signal problems with S22 Ultra and S24 Ultra. Needless to say that the S Ultra which have been promoted heavily for the camera capabilities and yet the picture quality have been hit and miss on release and problems persisting several months later. The S24 Ultra "Big" camera update has not materialised 8 months later.
I have also bought two A52s, both got the back cover peeling off. One of them, have a faulty WiFi and Bluetooth which seems to need a motherboard replacement which almost as expensive as the phone. By the way, it seems to be more common of what they should be.
One of the buds from a pair of Buds Live is loosing its charge in minutes. Buds 2 pro do not stick to my ears.
So, software and hardware quality does not appear to be as good as it used to be. Even customer service needs improvements.
There is no point in trying use number to show how many phone Samsung sells or blaming apps. I buy Samsung because I am expecting a level of quality and support. However, if the perception is that Samsung does not provide that level of quality, it will make me consider alternative brands and once a customer goes away it is hard for them to come back.
